Identity
Three disciplines. One coherent practice.
Most organisations are built to perform. Few are built to endure. The ones that do share something: they invest in the infrastructure beneath the visible; how they are found, how they are understood, and how they are remembered.
Rima Taha has spent 17 years building that infrastructure. Technology, digital innovation, and AI-native architecture, from institutional digitisation roadmaps to platform and software evaluation to search and AI visibility. Ecological frameworks that regenerate rather than extract. Advisory models that align human intelligence with what technology cannot replace.
Three disciplines. Rarely found in one practice. Active across EMEA.
Track 01
Technology & Digital Innovation Advisory
Rima operates at the strategic layer of technology and digital innovation: institutional and enterprise digitisation, independent platform and software evaluation, data-governance and sovereignty frameworks, and the AI-native architecture that determines how organisations are discovered, interpreted, and cited by machine-first readers. She is currently the Ministry of Agriculture's Technology & Digital Innovation Advisor on the GATE Digital Programme (Component 3), a World Bank-financed engagement.
She was also among the first practitioners to recognise that the shift from search-engine algorithms to large language models required an entirely new discipline, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), which now sits alongside these capabilities as one part of a single, integrated technology practice deployed across government ministries, enterprise clients, and agencies throughout EMEA.
"The question is no longer how to rank, it is how to be understood, cited, and trusted by systems that think."
On AI-native architectureTechnical Capabilities
Digital transformation strategy
Institutional and enterprise digitisation, discovery, evaluation, and phased roadmaps.
Technical capability & software intelligence
Independent, vendor-neutral evaluation of platforms, architectures, AI models, and licensing.
AI-native architecture
Websites, dashboards, and platforms built machine-first, structured data, entity signals, citation-readiness.
Data & platform governance
Ownership, hosting jurisdiction, model rights, open standards, and sovereignty frameworks.
Search & AI visibility
SEO, GEO, entity optimisation, and LLM discovery, one capability within the wider technology practice.
Track 02
Ecological Intelligence & the NASF Framework
An agricultural initiative in Lebanon's Chouf District served as the proof-of-concept for the NASF framework. Years of applied ecological practice in the mountains of Lebanon produced something rare: a working model of regenerative, commercially viable agriculture that could be systematised and scaled.
That prototype is now the NASF framework: a precision farming and agricultural transformation model built for startup businesses, cooperatives, NGOs, and ministries across the European Union and Middle East. It is not a theory. It is an applied methodology with a living proof-of-concept in Lebanon.
"When a working system emerges from the field, it becomes something shareable. That is what NASF is."
Track 03
Systemic Intelligence & Human Alignment
The third track emerges from the convergence of the first two. When digital intelligence and ecological wisdom meet, a deeper question surfaces: how do organisations, and the people within them, align to navigate what comes next?
Systemic Intelligence advisory works at the level of culture, leadership, and organisational consciousness. It is the bridge between strategic planning and authentic transformation, for institutions ready to lead in a post-AI landscape.
This thread also flows into the Harmonic Field research institution, where all three tracks converge in a formal research context.
"Strategy without consciousness is execution without direction. The organisations that thrive will be those that align both."
On Systemic IntelligencePhilosophy
"The task ahead is not to dominate intelligence, but to sanctify it, to reveal in every system the quiet rhythm of the soul."
